When you enable open tracking in a campaign, MailForge embeds a 1×1 transparent tracking pixel in your emails. When a recipient opens the email:
Open tracking is off by default and can be toggled per campaign at the time of creation. You are responsible for disclosing tracking to your recipients in compliance with applicable law.
Similarly, click tracking rewrites links in your email to route through our servers, recording which links were clicked. No cookies are set on recipients' devices during click tracking.
